ZECA SAUCE

Michael's father, "Zeca" a veteran, Portuguese born, New Jersey bound, shared his family hot sauce recipe with him years ago and with a few tweaks this amazing sauce was born. Everyone told Michael that he needs to bottle this sauce but Michael enjoyed making it and sharing ZECA HOT SAUCE with family and friends. We now want to share Original Zeca Hot Sauce & Mild Zeca Hot Sauce with the rest of you! We are happy to have it on the table in every household.

INGREDIENTS
Zeca Hot Sauce is made with all natural ingredients, no artificial flavors, colors or additives. Zeca Hot Sauce is also a health-conscious choice with no salt, sugar or MSG added. It's vegan and vegetarian friendly as well as gluten free. 
Zeca's ingredients include vinegar so it's naturally preserved.
 
CARE
Some like to refrigerate while others say "I never put my Hot Sauce in the fridge." Because Zeca Sauce is all natural with no processed ingredients, For longer freshness, we recommend that you store your sauce in the refrigerator. All labels will have a 6 months to 1 year "best by" date. There may be a little color change with the shelf life however, the flavors remain delicious. Like most foods, refrigeration keeps it fresh longer however, we doubt your sauce will sit in your fridge long enough. Always shake before use, Zeca Hot Sauce also has olive oil and can separate, like most dressings. Nothing a little shake won't fix!!

We want Zeca Hot Sauce on every household table, so we try to keep prices reasonable without compromising quality ingredients. Zeca Hot Sauce is a wholesale distributor, therefore, we do have a minimum of 2 bottles per order on our standard 4 fl. oz. bottles. We also offer quart size bottles, and travel size bottles for convenience. EVERYONE is welcome to order ZECA hot sauce.

Zeca Hot Sauce is medium heat with high flavor. Some say it's really hot, while others say it's just hot enough. Zeca Hot Sauce is definitely the sauce that you must try!
During a small taste test conducted at Columbia University, we asked, "Which hot sauce on the market does Zeca compare to?" 99% said "None!". We've also had over 50% of people who don't frequently use hot sauce say that they have been putting Zeca Sauce on everything and can not get enough.
